How do I place an order?
Add the items you desire to your cart, then click the little cart icon on the upper right corner of your screen.
After that, fill out your shipping and payment info and click complete order.
Once the order is complete you’ll be given an order number as well as an email order confirmation.
How do I track my order?
You get an email with your tracking information as soon as your item ships. Sometimes they end up in your spam folder, so check there if you don’t see anything.
How can I Cancel/Change an order?
Hit us up as fast you can via email (email@example.com). We don’t have a huge time window to make this happen though, so if you wait too long, we may not be able to make the change. Please be sure to provide your order number and any changes you want to make within the email.
My order arrived after the predicted arrival date, what can I do?
Sometimes shipping carriers experience delays, we’ll do our best to make it right. Please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I use a discount code?
Due to licensing restrictions, we’re unable to accept discounts for this merchandise.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and Discover. We also accept ApplePay, AmazonPay, and PayPal.
How do I process a return?
Head over to returns.tellumandchop.com and you can get a free shipping label to send it back to us for a refund. Once we receive your order back at our warehouse, we check it over to be sure it can be resold. From there, we issue a refund and you get an email notification. After that, it’s 3-5 business days till the refund is in your account.
The entire process can take about 10 days from the time we receive your return at our warehouse.
I ordered the wrong size/This doesn’t fit. What can I do?
Head over to returns.tellumandchop.com to set up a return for a refund. Then purchase the new item(s) you need from the site.
You sent the wrong size/team, how can I get this fixed?

Please take pictures of the item and send them to us via email@example.com. We’ll get you taken care of ASAP.
When Will my order ship?
Order placed with express shipping (2 day or overnight) will ship within 24 hours of the purchase. Slower shipping options have a handling time of 48 hours before shipping.
Once shipped you should receive an email with tracking if you don’t see that please check your spam folder.

What shipping carriers do you use?
We currently use FedEx for overnight, 2 day, and our “cheap and slow” option ships with FedEx smart post.
Everything else is sent via USPS.
Can I expedite shipping after an order has been placed?
So very sorry but after the order has been placed you’re locked into your shipping method. If it is arriving too late, just reorder the item and send back your original order for a refund.
I put in the wrong shipping address and my item has shipped?!?!?
Please contact the shipping company that was used to see about changing the address.
If no luck there, contact us and we’ll see what we can do. We are not responsible for any packages with incorrect shipping addresses so please be sure you enter it correctly the first time.
